I could never have imagined writing anything, let alone a book. One must believe they have something of value to share with others before traversing down that road.
I have always been an avid reader. Except for romance, I would consume all other genres.
I am a fan of C. S. Lewis's writings.
After reading "The Screw Tape Letters,"
I wondered why someone shouldn't/couldn't write the antheses. Reflecting on events in my own life, I realized that, just maybe, there were guardian angels that protected me in a crisis, be it physical or emotional. Guardian Angels' Battle For Human Souls was born.
After reading this book and others that follow, - my hope is the reader will pause in this chaotic time, to consider maybe they too have a guardian angel .

His first novel, “Guardian Angels Battle For Human Souls,” was published in November 2022.
#40 in its genre, Epistolary, on Amazon.
Collaborated with the Class Foundation to develop a nonprofit “Kids Protection Connection.” Dedicated to speaking with parents and public figures on the danger of child abductions. Held child ID fairs, enabling parents to obtain fingerprints, photos, and personal identification documents.
Traveled to most parts of the world while on active duty in the U.S. Navy.
D. L. now dedicates his time to writing and caring for his grandchildren.
